Qualifications

• Certification d'hygiéniste dentaire valide et certification BLS/CPR requises.
• Expérience en radiographies numériques et connaissance des codes de l'ADA.
• Formation continue en OSHA, HIPAA et contrôle des infections requise.

Responsibilities

• Prendre des radiographies numériques et faire des chartes des conditions existantes.
• Gérer les soins parodontal et appliquer le fluor.
• Présenter les traitements proposés aux patients.

Skills

Experience taking digital x-rays & intraoral photos

Knowledgeable of ADA codes

Maintains annual OSHA, HIPAA training

Education

Valid Registered Dental Hygienist certification

About the Practice

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to); taking digital radiographs, charting of existing conditions and proposed treatment, periodontal charting, routine prophylaxis, fluoride application, placing sealants, soft tissue management, scaling and root planning, presenting proposed treatment with insurance coverage and patient co-pays, as well as keeping accurate notes.

Schedule: four-day workweek with at least one evening until 7pm*; must be willing to work at least one Saturday* each month.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Dental Hygienist and BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience taking digital x-rays & intraoral photos.
• Knowledgeable of ADA codes.
• Maintains annual OSHA, HIPAA, BLS and infection control training as required by law.
