Job summary

Dental-Depot is seeking a qualified Dental Assistant to support the Hygiene team. The role involves preparing patients, sterilizing instruments, and assisting the dentist during procedures across our Tulsa clinics.

Responsibilities include recording treatment data, taking x-rays, and providing post-operative instructions. You will also manage appointments, track supplies, and help maintain a smooth, compliant clinic environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Dental Assisting school or minimum three months experience in a dental office.
• Dental Assistant permit within 30 days of employment required.
• Coronal Polish Certificate and Radiation Certificate within six months of employment required.
• Proficiency with Dental Software (Eaglesoft preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare patient, sterilize or disinfect instruments, and assist dentist during procedures.
• Record treatment information in patient records and expose dental x-rays.
• Take medical and dental histories and vital signs.
• Schedule appointments and maintain hygiene schedule.
• Order supplies and monitor inventory for the Hygiene department.
