Job summary

PCI Health Training Center in Richardson, TX is seeking a qualified Faculty Member for the PTA program. You will deliver didactic and laboratory instruction, supervise student clinical skill development, and maintain contemporary expertise in the field.

You will assess student performance fairly, support success according to ACCSC Standards and CAPTE requirements, and participate in program assessment and accreditation activities.

Qualifications

• Academic credentials appropriate to courses taught; credential equivalent to program awards.
• Current, valid PT or PTA license in the state(s) of operation.
• Minimum of three years post-licensure clinical experience.
• Teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver didactic and laboratory instruction per syllabi and course objectives.
• Prepare lessons, labs, assessments, and materials to meet objectives and safety standards.
• Supervise and evaluate students in lab settings; provide timely feedback.
• Maintain attendance, grades, and advising records.
• Hold office hours and provide academic support to promote student success.
• Participate in faculty development and curriculum review activities.
• Support accreditation activities and outcomes data collection.
