Dental Solutions in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a part-time Dental Hygiene Assistant to join our clinical team. You will support the office and assist professional staff with patient care, with a focus on hygienic routines and comfort.

The role requires prior dental assisting experience and radiology certification; CPR is optional. We offer competitive pay ($19–$20/hr), health and dental coverage, 401(k), and opportunities for professional growth in a modern, team-based practice.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper sterilization.
• Assist Dental Hygienists during patient treatment progress.
• Update patient health history and chart treatment progress.
• Expose and develop radiographs (if certified).
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to manage inventory and sterilization of dental instruments.
• Support the hygienist with patient scheduling and treatment recommendations and office recall systems.
• Perform routine tasks while ensuring compliance with HIPAA & OSHA.
