Job summary

Crossroads Dental Group is hiring a Healthcare Coordinator (HC) to partner with supported Dentists and guide patients toward the best treatment with urgency. You will help patients explore financial options, overcome objections, and keep Dentist schedules productive while delivering a Perfect Patient Experience (PPE).

In this role you will become a subject matter expert on available financial options, support insurance pre-authorizations, and act as a trusted adviser to patients throughout their

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Travel between offices may be required.
• Preferred coursework or on-the-job training in dentistry, insurance, or business.

Responsibilities

• Gain a financial commitment from the patient to start the dentistry the Dentist is diagnosing.
• Educate patients on treatment choices and available financial options.
• Assist in keeping Dentist schedules productive and ensure a PPE (Perfect Patient Experience).
• Overcome common patient objections to starting treatment.
• Obtain necessary insurance pre-authorizations for patients who need this prior to completing treatment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory bodies.
• Participate in daily huddles and team meetings as required.
• Be proficient with the PDS system and tools to assist patients.
