PDS Health is seeking a Healthcare Coordinator for Scottsdale Trails Dentistry to partner with dentists, secure patient commitments, and explain treatment financing options. You will educate patients, overcome objections, and help keep the schedule productive while maintaining a high level of patient care.

Ideal candidates will be adept at navigating insurance pre-authorizations, demonstrating strong communication, organization, and confidentiality.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to travel between offices as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Dentists to secure financial commitment from patients for treatment.
• Educate patients on treatment choices and financing options to support case acceptance.
• Oversee patient consultations to ensure a Perfect Patient Experience (PPE) and Patients for Life (PFL).
• Assist patients in understanding and utilizing insurance pre-authorizations where required.
• Support daily huddles, team meetings, and office operations to maintain productive schedules.
