Wonseok Jang Dentistry Pllc in Lower Manhattan seeks a marketing-focused coordinator who can bridge the practice and the community. You will grow visibility, turn inquiries into patients, and ensure a welcoming first experience while representing our doctors' expertise and our values.

Responsibilities include planning a monthly calendar, producing short videos for social platforms, managing listings, supporting paid ads, and building referral networks.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of marketing, patient coordination, or healthcare front office experience.
• Portfolio of short-form video work required.
• Experience using AI tools in daily work and building simple AI workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a warm, professional presence.
• Dental software experience (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental) is a plus.
• Bilingual skills (e.g., Chinese, Korean, or Spanish) are a plus.
• Must be able to commute reliably to Lower Manhattan.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a monthly marketing calendar covering digital, local, and referral channels.
• Shoot and edit short-form videos for social platforms with captions and formatting.
• Create and post content for major social channels with patient education and team spotlights.
• Use AI tools to speed up content creation while ensuring brand voice and privacy.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows for marketing, reminders, and lead tracking.
• Manage Google Business Profile, Yelp, Zocdoc, Healthgrades, and respond to reviews.
• Keep website content current and coordinate with vendors on SEO/local search.
• Support paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta ads) including tracking spend and leads.
• Write and send patient emails and texts: newsletters, recalls, reminders.
• Produce patient-facing materials and in-office signage.
• Build referral relationships through materials and events.
• Coordinate community outreach, health fairs, and partnerships.
• Arrange shoots of doctors and office as needed.
• Report monthly results on new patients, leads, and engagement.
• Monitor competitors and local trends for new ideas.
• Work closely with front desk, doctors, and billing as a team member.
• Help at front desk during peak times and participate in meetings.
