Classifieds24.org is seeking an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator for our private practice on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. You will connect with patients, present treatment plans clearly, discuss fees, insurance benefits, and financing options, and help turn recommendations into scheduled care.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Confident discussing financial arrangements and presenting high-value treatment.
• Friendly, warm, persuasive, and professional personality.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Strong understanding of out-of-network PPO insurance benefits, reimbursement, and patient financial responsibility.
• Experience with Dentrix is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Present treatment plans clearly, confidently, and professionally.
• Help patients understand the value and importance of recommended dental care.
• Discuss treatment fees, insurance benefits, and financing options.
• Follow up with patients on unscheduled treatment and help increase case acceptance.
• Build strong relationships with patients and create an exceptional patient experience.
• Work closely with the dentist and front desk team to ensure smooth coordination of care.
• Maintain organized treatment follow-up records and track outstanding treatment opportunities.
