Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Dental Office experience (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Maintain patient records and schedule appointments.
• Manage accounts receivable and recall/referral system.
• Present financial treatment plan options to patients.
• Maintain appearance and order of the dental office.
• Check patients in and out and collect and process payments.
• Update patient demographics and insurance information.
• Generate super bills.
• Enter payments and charges in the practice management system and adjust as needed.
• Inform patients about insurance copayments and payment requirements.
• Verify insurance and eligibility.
• Maintain a patient recall system.
• Balance cash daily and prepare bank deposits.
