The role focuses on insurance verification, scheduling, patient communication, and coordinating treatment finances to keep the schedule productive.

You will use Open Dental, verify benefits, explain coverage to patients, and maintain accurate records while supporting a collaborative team that values initiative and excellent

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year dental office experience.
• Open Dental software experience.
• Experience with PPO / Fee-For-Service dental offices.
• Strong knowledge of insurance verification and benefits breakdown.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades
