SA Family Dentist in the San Antonio/Schertz area seeks a Dental Business Associate to manage front office duties in a doctor-owned PPO/FFS practice with a strong patient base and no weekends.

You will verify insurance benefits, schedule and coordinate appointments, communicate with patients by phone, text and email, and maintain accurate patient records in Open Dental, while supporting the team to keep the schedule productive and delivering excellent patient care.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year dental office experience required.
• Experience with PPO / Fee-For-Service offices.
• Strong knowledge of insurance verification and benefits.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Our established private dental practice is looking for a Dental Business Associate who takes ownership of their work and wants to be part of a high-performing team culture.
