Tempe Dental Care, a privately owned practice in Tempe, AZ, is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our two-doctor team. This full-time role (32 hours/week) offers a stable opportunity in a long‑standing clinic with a collaborative environment.

You will provide chairside support, maintain organized rooms, and help manage patient flow. Compensation ranges from $23 to $27 per hour plus benefits, with a focus on excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of chairside dental assisting experience
• Current X-ray certification required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and dependable approach
• Ability to work effectively in a busy dental practice
• Dentrix Ascend experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance to the doctors during patient treatment
• Prepare treatment rooms and assist with maintaining an organized clinical environment
• Support efficient patient flow throughout the day
• Provide professional and compassionate patient care
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding their visit and treatment
• Follow established clinical and office procedures
• Work collaboratively with doctors, hygienists, and front-office team members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment
