Boggy Creek Dental Care in Orlando, FL is seeking a Treatment Coordinator / Dental Office Assistant to join our team. This role supports front office duties, schedules appointments across providers, and assists with insurance processing and patient payments.

Must have dental front office experience; bilingual English-Spanish is a plus. Monday–Friday, no weekends, with opportunities for growth and ongoing training within a supported Heartland Dental network.

Qualifications

• Dental front office experience is required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with insurance billing and accounts receivable preferred.
• Proficiency with Dentrix or similar dental software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to create a positive first impression.
• Manage front office duties, including phones, mail, and emails.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers.
• Process insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims.
• Post patient payments and manage accounts receivable.
• Review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients.
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems.
