Formación

• Dental Front Office experience required.
• Outstanding professionalism and high moral standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Complete daily insurance verifications for scheduled patients.
• Greet all patients with a friendly personality.
• Serve as the face of the company offering friendly service.
• Confirm all future appointments.
• Assist patients with billing questions.
• Submit Insurance Claims with proper attachments.
• Follow-up with unscheduled recare/treatment appointments.
