Qualifications

  • Front desk experience in a dental or medical office preferred.
  • Strong communication with patients and insurers.
  • Ability to manage appointments and records efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice.
  • Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed.
  • Assisting patients with information forms.
  • Preparing patient charts and daily schedules.
  • Updating patient records and documenting treatments.
  • Scheduling follow-up appointments and telephonic reminders.
  • Communicating with insurance providers to determine co-payments.
  • Verifying payment methods and collecting payments.
  • Performing general office duties (phones, filing, etc.).
