Job summary

Espire in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a dedicated dental assistant to support clinicians, manage instrument sterilization, and help with procedures. The role emphasizes patient care, accurate record-keeping, and a proactive approach to hygiene and safety.

The ideal candidate has experience with dental equipment, Cerec, and intraoral scanning, with willingness to train and grow in a dynamic, patient-centered practice. Fort Collins location offers a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with dental equipment and instruments.
• Experience with Cerec and intraoral scanning is a plus.
• Willingness to participate in training and travel if needed.
• Experience with sedation and dental implants a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for dental work and assist procedures.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments; maintain operation setup.
• Assist dentists with emergencies and hygienist procedures.
• Record treatment information in patient records and x-rays.
• Provide patient education on hygiene and plaque control.
• Order supplies and maintain inventory; fabricate temporary restorations.
