Michiana Smiles is looking to add a dynamic personality to its front desk team. We thrive at providing excellent customer service, showing unwavering integrity, and providing exceptional patient care. Knowledge of dentistry is a plus, but we will train an eager, growth-oriented, and driven person with a personality. Responsibilities: • Maintain a high level of customer service at all times • Excellent computer, phone, and communication skills with our patients and other office locations • Answer phone calls • Confirm patient appointments and maintain a full patient schedule • Greet, Check-in, Register, and Schedule new patient appointments • Collect patient payments • Knowledgeable with all front desk tasks and responsibilities • Maintains strict compliance with HIPAA and patient privacy Qualifications: • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel • Proficient in email communication and excellent phone skills • 2+ years of office experience • Enjoy being in a dynamic job where no task is above or below you • Excellent customer service skills: patience, empathy, charismatic Compensation: $20 - $22 hourly
