Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
• Excellent computer, phone, and communication skills with our patients and other office locations
• Confirm patient appointments and maintain a full patient schedule
• Greet, Check-in, Register, and Schedule new patient appointments
• Knowledgeable with all front desk tasks and responsibilities
• Maintains strict compliance with HIPAA and patient privacy

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Proficient in email communication and excellent phone skills
• 2+ years of office experience

Compensation

$20 - $22 hourly
