Responsibilities

• Verify dental insurance benefits (manage 3rd-party verification service)

• Present treatment plans and financial options clearly to patients

• Schedule and coordinate treatment appointments

• Follow up with patients who miss appointments or have incomplete treatment

• Manage and optimize provider schedules to meet productivity goals

• Collaborate with the clinical team for smooth patient flow

• Assist patients with financial arrangements and paperwork

• Handle all consent, policy, and exit documentation

• Check patients out and ensure excellent service throughout their visit

• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards

• Support the team and dentist with daily operational needs

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a dental office (required)
