Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a dental front desk role.
• Proficient with Dentrix dental software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily insurance verifications for scheduled patients.
• Greet patients by name and assist during their visit.
• Serve as the face of Guardian Dentistry for patients and callers.
• Confirm all future appointments and update the schedule.
• Assist patients with billing questions and submit insurance claims with proper attachments.
• Follow up on unscheduled recare and treatment appointments.
