Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Access to minimum PHI with HIPAA training required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to create a great first impression
• Manage front office duties: phones, mail, email, communications with patients and insurance
• Utilize Dentrix for scheduling and records
• Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers
• File insurance claims and follow up on claims, verification of benefits
• Post payments and process accounts receivable
• Review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients
• Partner with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems
