Full-Time Dental Front Desk Receptionist – Multi-Specialty Practice (Chelsea & Hell’s Kitchen, NYC) We’re looking for a skilled and personable Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic, multi-specialty dental practice located in Chelsea and Hell’s Kitchen. Our modern offices are equipped with the latest technology and are easily accessible by public transportation. This full-time opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is committed to delivering top-tier patient care. Responsibilities: • Greet and assist patients with a warm, professional approach • Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations • Conduct insurance verifications and breakdowns • Present treatment plans and explain financial responsibilities • Coordinate effectively with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of front desk experience in a dental office • Proficient in Dentrix • Strong understanding of PPO insurance and Pre-Determination processing • Confident in presenting treatment plans and clearly communicating with patients • Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills • Friendly, professional, and patient-focused demeanor Compensation: $20 - $26 hourly based on experience
