The ideal candidate has 1+ year of dental front desk and customer service experience, with solid communication skills and basic dental insurance understanding. On-site position with benefits package available.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of dental front desk experience.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of dental insurance.
• Proficiency with computer-based tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
• Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Efficiently check patients in and out.
• Verify patient information and insurance coverage.
• Collect and post payments accurately.
• Assist with patient paperwork and medical history updates.
• Document accurate notes and records in patient accounts.
• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Perform administrative tasks using dental software.
