• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet every patient and visitor with warmth and professionalism.
• Coordinate patient check-in/check-out and manage the calendar.
• Schedule appointments and maintain an accurate calendar.
• Verify insurance and handle pre-authorizations as needed.
• Support daily front-office operations.
