Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced dental office with HMO and PPO insurance.
• Experience with dental practice management software (Dentrix preferred).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet every patient and visitor with warmth and professionalism.
• Coordinate patient check-in and check-out.
• Schedule appointments and maintain a clean, accurate calendar.
• Conduct insurance verification and pre-authorizations.
• Provide additional support across daily front-office operations as needed.
