Main Street Orthodontics of Kendal in Miami, FL is seeking a Dental Receptionist to join the clinical team and deliver high patient care in a team-based setting. Qualifications

• Experience in a dental, medical, or health-care office preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO) is a plus.
• Experience answering telephones.
• Must have exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients upon arrival.
• Respond to patient questions per DCA policies.
• Answer telephones and route calls.
• Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment book.
• Confirm appointments and follow up on no-shows or cancellations.
• Register patients on sign-in sheet and post charges/payments to accounts.
• Maintain a clean, friendly waiting area.
