Main Street Children's Dentistry & Orthodontics of Clermont is seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our clinical team in Clermont, FL. You will greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and support staff while ensuring a welcoming, patient-focused experience.

The ideal candidate has customer service skills, familiarity with dental/medical offices and insurance knowledge, and a proactive, friendly attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dental, medical, or health-care office is preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance plans is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service; acknowledge, smile and greet patients upon arrival/dismissal
• Respond to patient questions according to office policies
• Answering telephones
• Scheduling appointments
• Maintaining appointment book
• Confirming appointments
• Follow up on no-shows/cancellations
• Register patients on sign-in sheet
• Post charges and payments to patient accounts
• Checking voicemail daily
