Job summary

Main Street Children's Dentistry & Orthodontics of Clermont is seeking a friendly Dental Receptionist in Clermont, FL to support the clinical team and deliver excellent patient service. You will answer phones, schedule appointments, assist with treatment planning follow-ups, and help with financial arrangements to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Ideal candidates have customer-service excellence, a willingness to learn, and prior experience in dental/medical front desk settings.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a dental, medical, or other health-care office, preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO), is a plus.
• Experience answering telephone
• Must have exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients on arrival and at dismissal.
• Respond to questions and concerns per clinic policies.
• Answer phones and route calls.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; maintain appointment book.
• Process patient sign-in and post charges/payments to accounts.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming waiting area.
