Glynwood Park Dental is seeking a dynamic Front Desk receptionist to join a fast-growing team. VA EXPERIENCE A PLUS! You will greet patients, handle phones, verify insurance, and manage the Doctor and Hygienist schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience preferred.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• Outstanding professionalism and strong work ethic.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients and coworkers.
• Driven and committed to providing excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Completes daily insurance verifications for all scheduled patients.
• Greet all patients by first name and assist them throughout their visit.
• Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering or calling.
• Confirm all future appointments.
• Assist patients with billing questions.
• Submit Insurance Claims with proper attachments and narratives.
• Follow-up with unscheduled recare/treatment appointments.
