Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience preferred.
• Associates Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes daily insurance verifications for all scheduled patients.
• Greet patients by first name and assist throughout their visit.
• Serve as the face of the company for in-person and phone interactions.
• Confirm all future appointments and assist with billing questions.
• Submit Insurance Claims with proper attachments and narratives.
• Follow-up with unscheduled recare/treatment appointments.
