Endodontic Specialists of Wisconsin - Janesville is seeking a motivated Patient Care Coordinator to manage front desk duties and ensure an exceptional patient experience in a busy specialty practice.

The role includes greeting patients, maintaining records, answering calls, processing emails, and keeping the reception area organized. Regular hours are Mon-Thu 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and Fri 8:00 AM–3:00 PM; weekends off.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with office machines (fax, printer, etc.).
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to help patients.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients to the dental office and maintaining a friendly front desk presence.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage correspondence.
• Answer incoming calls and redirect or take messages as needed.
• Check, sort and forward emails; keep records updated.
• Keep front desk tidy and stocked with forms and materials.
• Work Mon-Thu 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and Fri 8:00 AM–3:00 PM; weekends off.
