Siskiyou Community Health Center, Inc. in Cave Junction, OR is seeking a Dental Patient Services Representative to provide welcoming front-desk support, register patients, and schedule timely appointments across the clinic.

You will work with providers and staff to ensure smooth patient flow, coordinate referrals, and assist with optional bilingual Spanish communication. Strong data entry and EHR usage are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum six months related experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish oral and written skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Support front desk operations: phones, scheduling, check-in/check-out.
• Complete patient registration and verify information.
• Coordinate appointments, including same-day visits and lab services.
• Assist with documentation and Coordinated Care program enrollment.
• Arrange interpreter services as needed to support communication.
