Responsibilities

• Manage front office duties: phones, mail, email, and messages.
• Schedule/confirm appointments for multiple providers.
• Process insurance claims and follow up on benefits.
• Post payments and manage accounts receivable.
• Review treatment fees and payment options with patients.
• Support office systems and teamwork to optimize workflows.
