Qualifications

• Experience as a dental/medical receptionist or dental front desk coordinator.
• Dentrix experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, professional and patient-focused attitude.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to the success of the entire organization.
• Comfort discussing appointment scheduling, insurance information, and patient payments.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients with a warm, positive first impression.
• Handle front desk communications: calls, inquiries, messages.
• Coordinate patient check-in: verify info and insurance.
• Support payment collection and front-office transactions.
• Keep the office organized with accurate records.
• Assist in scheduling and minimize gaps in the calendar.
• Coordinate with clinical team to run daily schedule smoothly.
• Help patients navigate visits and encourage continued care.
