Qualifications

• Experience as a dental receptionist or front desk coordinator.
• Dentrix experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients with a warm, positive first impression.
• Answer calls, relay messages, and coordinate front desk communications.
• Verify patient information and insurance details at check-in.
• Collect patient payments and explain balances clearly.
• Maintain accurate administrative records and support daily office operations.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to keep the daily schedule running smoothly.
• Help patients navigate visits to build lasting relationships.
