MINT Dentistry is seeking a Dental Front Desk (Patient Concierge) to be the first and last impression for patients, greeting them warmly, managing daily schedules, and handling check-ins/outs with precision.

You will coordinate financial agreements, support the clinical team, and represent the MINT Brand in person and online, building strong connections with patients and colleagues in a fast-paced, luxury-focused practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service experience — dental or front desk is a plus.
• Strong multitasking skills — you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A warm, outgoing personality — you love connecting with people.
• Social media savvy — comfortable engaging in photo moments or sharing our patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet every patient like they’re a VIP — because they are.
• Manage the daily schedule to keep patient flow smooth and efficient.
• Check patients in and out with warmth, professionalism, and precision.
• Handle payments and coordinate financial agreements with clarity and care.
• Support the clinical team and ensure every patient’s experience is seamless.
• Act as a MINT Model and Brand Influencer — representing the MINT image with confidence and professionalism.
• Engage in social media opportunities, helping share the MINT experience online when needed.
• Build real connections — with patients, teammates, and our community.
