Job summary

Harmony Orthodontics in Oregon is seeking a Part-Time Treatment Coordinator to deliver outstanding patient service. You will guide new patients through consultations, explain treatment options and financing, and coordinate scheduling with our clinical team.

The role requires 1–3 years dental front desk experience, familiarity with Cloud 9 software, and the ability to manage multi-line phone systems. This safety-sensitive position includes a pre-employment drug screen and a competitive hourly

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Patient Consultations & Guidance: Guide patients and families through the orthodontic journey, from initial consult to scheduling and financial arrangements.
• Treatment Presentation & Financials: Present treatment options, explain insurance benefits, review payment plans, and discuss flexible arrangements with parents.
• Scheduling & Phone Coordination: Manage multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate electronic records.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with doctors and clinical staff to create a warm, reassuring patient experience.

What You’ll Do Every Day (Responsibilities)

• Patient Consultations & Guidance: Guide new patients and families through their orthodontic treatment journey, from initial consultation to scheduling and financial arrangements.
• Treatment Presentation & Financials: Expertly present doctor-recommended treatment options, explain insurance benefits, review payment plans, and walk parents through flexible financial arrangements.
• Scheduling & Phone Coordination: Handle multi-line phones with ease, coordinate appointments, and maintain accurate electronic patient records to keep daily workflows smooth.
• Team Collaboration: Partner closely with our doctors and clinical team to create a warm, reassuring, and laughter-filled experience for every family.

What You Bring to the Team (Qualifications)

• Experience: 1–3 years of dental customer service experience (orthodontic front desk or treatment coordinator experience preferred).
• Software Bonus: Familiarity with Cloud 9 software is a major plus!
• Key Skills: Strong expertise in explaining insurance benefits, navigating multi-line phone systems, and communicating financial arrangements clearly.
