Mint Dentistry in Houston seeks a Dental Front Desk (Patient Concierge) to greet patients like VIPs, manage schedules, and handle payments with professionalism. Represent the Mint image both in-office and online, engaging patients and the community with warmth and care.

You’ll support the clinical team, maintain smooth patient flow, and contribute to a luxurious, memorable experience. 1+ year of customer service is ideal; dental front desk is a plus.

Formación

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service experience; dental/front desk is a plus.
• Must be comfortable engaging with patients and representing the brand.

Act as a MINT Model and Brand Influencer — representing the MINT image with confidence and professionalism. Engage in social media opportunities, helping share the MINT experience online when needed. Build real connections — with patients, teammates, and our community.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ year of customer service experience — dental or front desk is a plus. Strong multitasking skills — you thrive in a fast-paced environment. A warm, outgoing personality — you love connecting with people. Social media savvy — comfortable engaging in photo moments or sharing our patient experience.
