Job summary

Mint Dentistry in Cincinnati is looking for a skilled Dental Assistant to support dentists across procedures, take high-quality digital X-rays, manage patient charts, and protect patient privacy while upholding OSHA and infection-control standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, an active dental assisting license, radiography certification if applicable, and at least 2 years of hands-on experience, with comfort using Open Dental, Nomad, and digital scanning.

Responsibilities

• Be the dentist’s right hand — assist during all dental procedures with confidence.
• Take high-quality digital X-rays and images like a pro.
• Deliver Mint-level patient care with empathy and expertise.
• Keep patient records and charts accurate and organized.
• Protect patient confidentiality.
• Follow OSHA and Bloodborne Pathogen guidelines.
• Support hygienists and the team as needed.
