Mint Dentistry in Norwood, OH seeks a detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team. You will assist dentists during procedures, take digital X-rays, maintain accurate records, and help deliver the Mint-level patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active State Dental Assisting License is preferred/advised where applicable.
• Radiography certification is preferred/advised where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during procedures with confidence.
• Take high-quality digital X-rays and images.
• Deliver Mint-level patient care with empathy and expertise.
• Keep patient records accurate and organized.
• Protect patient confidentiality and follow OSHA/Bloodborne Pathogen guidelines.
• Support hygienists and teammates as needed.

What You'll Do:

• Be the dentist’s right hand — assist during all dental procedures with confidence
• Take high-quality digital X-rays and images like a pro.
• Deliver that MINT-level patient experience with care, empathy, and expertise.
• Keep patient records and charts accurate and organized.
• Protect patient confidentiality
• Follow OSHA and Bloodborne Pathogen guidelines like a boss.
• Jump in to support hygienists and your team whenever needed

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active State Dental Assisting License (if applicable)
• Radiography certification (if applicable)
• 2+ years of hands-on dental assisting experience
• Up-to-date with OSHA, HIPAA, and Infection Control training
• A positive, energetic, “let’s get it done” attitude
