Job summary

Mint Dentistry in Brentwood, MD is seeking a Dental Front Desk – Patient Concierge who will be the first and last impression of the practice. You’ll greet patients, manage the schedule, process check-ins/outs, handle payments, and support the clinical team while upholding the Mint brand.

You’ll represent Mint as a brand ambassador, engage with patients and our community, and contribute to a luxurious, efficient patient experience through warmth, professionalism, and social media-friendly moments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service experience — dental or front desk is a plus.
• Strong multitasking skills — you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A warm, outgoing personality — you love connecting with people.
• Social media savvy — comfortable engaging in photo moments or sharing our patient experience.
