The Dental Office of Renton is seeking a Healthcare Coordinator to partner with supported dentists and help secure patient financial commitment for recommended treatment. You will educate patients on treatment choices and overcome objections to support case acceptance, while maintaining a Perfect Patient Experience and Patients for Life.

You will gain proficiency with the PDS system and collaborate across the team, participating in daily huddles and ongoing training to improve office performance

Qualifications

• Knowledge of office practices, technology applications and patient insurances.

Responsibilities

• Gain a financial commitment from the patient to start dentistry.
• Execute HC handoff with clinicians on every exam patient.
• Be a Subject Matter Expert on available financial options.
