Whitney Young Health Center is seeking a Dental Education Programs Coordinator to oversee administrative and operational activities for dental education, residency and volunteer programs. You will manage onboarding, scheduling, documentation, and program calendars while liaising with internal departments and teaching sites.

Under the Dental Director and Practice Administrator, you will support accreditation, regulatory reporting, surveys, and program evaluations, ensuring compliance with CODA

Competenze

• Experience coordinating multiple projects, schedules, and programs and meeting deadlines.
• Experience maintaining records, tracking requirements, preparing reports, and coordinating documentation.
• Strong organizational, planning, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new systems.

Mansioni

• Coordinate day-to-day administrative operations for WYH-sponsored dental education, student, intern, and volunteer programs.
• Serve as administrative liaison among Practice Administrator, Dental Director, faculty, residents, students, interns, volunteers, and affiliated institutions.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for residents, students, interns, and volunteers, including documentation tracking.
• Maintain program calendars, schedules, records, deadlines, and administrative systems.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, forms, manuals, and educational materials for the practice.
