Qualifications

• CA dentistry license (active)
• 3–5 years hands-on dentistry experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Excellent chair-side manner
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Willingness to travel

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on patient care as scheduled each week.
• Develop and implement formal clinic policies and procedures; guide staff to maintain high standards.
• Orient and train new professional staff.
• Evaluate staff performance related to production, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Attend applicable trainings, meetings and keep skills current with FHCCGLA standards.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and privacy of patient data in PMS/EHR systems.
• Coordinate with operations to optimize patient scheduling and flow.
• Address patient grievances per FHCCGLA policies.
