Job summary

The Iowa Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Medicaid, Bureau of Contracting, seeks a Dental Contract Manager to direct Medicaid Dental program management, including the Dental Wellness Plan and Fee-for-Service contracts.

You will lead development and oversight of approximately $75 million in contracts for PAHPs, coordinate with CMS and other agencies, and ensure contractual compliance while supporting executive leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in any field and four years of professional-level work experience.
• Eight years of education and/or full-time experience as described in the job posting.
• All of the following combinations (a, b, and c) of education and experience may satisfy the requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide contract administration and oversight for PAHP contracts.
• Coordinate and approve communications and reporting.
• Draft procedures and SOPs for FFS and MCPs.
