Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university; degree in any field is acceptable with applicable experience.
• Experience in program administration, program development, or management.
• Familiarity with Medicaid, public health programs, and contracting practices.

Responsibilities

• Provides accurate, timely responses and clear communication to minimize misinterpretation of terms.
• Establishes procedures for reporting program vulnerabilities and actions.
• Identifies issues and proposes solutions to avoid corrective actions.
• Coordinates with internal/external staff to obtain needed information.
• Consolidates data into compliant, accurate responses for contracts and reporting.
• Reviews and approves communications related to PAHPs and contract requirements.
• Supports contract negotiations with policy and budget insights to represent state needs.
• Drafts materials based on best practices and evolving state needs.
