Dental A Team is seeking an experienced Dental Practice Consultant to join our growing nationwide team in Arizona or Texas. This full-time role combines remote and on-site consulting to help dental practices improve profitability, operations, and growth.

You will coach dentists, analyze practice management data, and tailor strategic plans that fit each office. Travel may be required to client sites and industry conferences as needed.

• Proven experience as a Dental Consultant with a dental consulting company.
• Track record of improving practice profitability and operations.
• Experience in roles like Office Manager, Treatment Coordinator, Billing Coordinator, Scheduling Coordinator.
• Ability to mentor dental teams and lead change in practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Dental Business Consultant or Dental Practice Consultant
• Strong understanding of dental office processes, practice management, and market dynamics

• Innovative, adaptable, and able to pivot on a dime
