The Dental Boutique Trinity is seeking a Rock Star Treatment Coordinator and Dental Concierge to be the first face patients see and to guide them through treatment plans and financial options. This dual role combines front-desk excellence with patient education and care coordination.

You will handle phone and in-person inquiries, ensure smooth scheduling, verify insurance, and support your team with a warm, Guest-first approach in a fast-paced private practice setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in dental front office/administration.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and financial options to patients.
• Excellent phone and in-person communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage front desk flow.
• Explain treatment options and collect payments where appropriate.
• Verify insurance and manage billing processes.
• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, timeliness and patient care.

Core Competencies:

• - Minimum of 2 years of dental front office experience
• - Comfortable presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options with patients
• - Mastery of dental insurance verification and billing
• - Strong customer service and hospitality skills
• - Prior knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus but not required

Essential Functions:

• - Excellent phone and in-person communication skills. You are the first and last impression our patients have of our office!
• - Comfortable discussing financials, collecting payments, and presenting treatment plans
• - Ability to explain the value of dental treatment and help patients move forward with their care
• - Must be willing to have comfortable and confident conversations with patients about cost and insurance
• - Eagerness to follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment
• - Impeccable organization for scheduling, record keeping, and insurance management
• - A willingness to be flexible and accommodating with your schedule, including the understanding that patient care occasionally requires end times to run a little past the scheduled close
• - Consistent in cleanliness, timeliness, and customer service
