The Dental Boutique Largo is seeking a Rock Star Treatment Coordinator and Dental Concierge to be the first face patients see and guide them through their treatment plans. This privately owned practice emphasizes quality care and a world-class patient experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of dental front office experience.
• Comfortable presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options with patients.
• Mastery of dental insurance verification and billing is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and hospitality skills.

Responsibilities

• Excellent phone and in-person communication; be the first and last impression for patients.
• Explain treatment value, collect payments, and present financial options.
• Explain the value of dental treatment and help patients move forward with their care.
• Be comfortable discussing cost and insurance with patients.
• Follow up with patients for unscheduled treatment.
• Maintain scheduling, records, and insurance management with impeccable organization.
• Flexible schedule and occasional overtime to ensure patient care.
• Maintain cleanliness, timeliness, and high level of service.

Core Competencies:
