This role focuses on ensuring regulatory adherence across states, with travel to supported practices as needed.

You will serve as a compliance resource, supporting OSHA, HIPAA, radiation safety, and infection control, coordinating with vendors, and delivering training on best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Dental Assistant required.
• Lead RDA/EFDA experience is a plus.
• Active Texas RDA license and Radiology certification required.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Knowledge of state regulations by state.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a compliance resource for practices across multiple states.
• Support OSHA, HIPAA, radiation safety, and infection control.
• Conduct compliance reviews and assist with inspections.
• Ensure documentation, training, and regulatory requirements are met.
• Coordinate with vendors on testing and maintenance.
• Analyze compliance data and support regulatory initiatives.
• Deliver training on compliance and best practices.
• Travel to supported practices as needed.
